La Civetta di Minerva — The Owl of Minerva (Limited Edition)

Hegel wrote that the owl of Minerva begins its flight only as dusk is falling. Here it is about to take off: a little owl, glowing in cadmium yellow, quinacridone magenta and brilliant blue, spreads its wings on an ancient capital as the evening sky breaks open one last time. Its colour runs down the columns. A limited edition by David Immanuel Levi. The colour names come from the pigments David paints his originals with.
