Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

All limited editions (acrylic glass prints) offered via shop.eccoio.com are produced individually and according to customer specifications (motif, format) only after receipt of the order and full payment. There is no prefabrication or stockkeeping.

The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded for all orders placed via shop.eccoio.com.

By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have been informed of the exclusion of the right of withdrawal and expressly agrees to it.

Note on warranty rights

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect the buyer's statutory warranty rights. In the event of transport damage or production errors, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at shop@eccoio.com.
