SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

These shipping and delivery terms apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of David Immanuel Levi / ECCOIO (available at www.eccoio.com/impressum/agbs/) for all orders placed via shop.eccoio.com.

1. Production

Each limited edition is produced individually as a high-quality acrylic glass print only after the order has been placed and payment has been made in full. Production takes place at WhiteWall (Frechen near Cologne). These are goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

2. Delivery times

Germany: approx. 7–14 business days from receipt of payment
Other EU countries: approx. 12–18 business days from receipt of payment
Non-EU countries: approx. 14–21 business days from receipt of payment

Production times may be longer during periods of high order volume. Express delivery is not available.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the size of the edition and the country of delivery and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Any additional customs duties, import sales tax, or other country-specific charges for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Packaging and shipping

Shipping is professionally packaged, insured, and carried out by DHL or a service provider specializing in art shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no sales tax is charged (small business regulation). Shipping costs will be added. Payment is made at the end of the order process using the payment methods offered in the shop.

6. Right of withdrawal — exclusion

As each edition is produced individually after ordering, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code). By submitting your order, you confirm that you have been informed of this.

7. Warranty and transport damage

The statutory warranty rights (24 months) apply. Please check your delivery upon receipt. In case of transport damage or production errors, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at shop@eccoio.com — we will replace the edition free of charge.

9. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
